How It Works:

1. Place this deposit order and fill in your customization details in the "Order Notes" field at checkout (e.g. desired symbols, size, quantity, special requests).

2. We will review your request and contact you via email or WhatsApp to confirm the design and final pricing.

3. Once confirmed, we will send you a separate payment link for the remaining balance.

4. Production begins after full payment is received.

Natural Wood Material Explanation & Custom Range

All lightning-struck jujube wood is a 100% natural nature-formed material. Wood color, lightning texture, lightning cracks, and charred marks are naturally generated and unique for each piece. We cannot provide standardized, identical texture or color matching.

We will select materials as close to your preferences as possible. You may specify your preferred natural features, such as more lightning charred texture, more lightning grain, or more natural crack details.

Material Grade & Price Difference Rule

• Random regular material: No extra fees, default basic natural jujube wood material.

• Premium special materials (ancient aged wood, blood-red grain wood, heavy lightning-charred wood, dense lightning texture wood): Will generate additional costs based on material rarity and scarcity. The final price will be confirmed during pre-order consultation.

Required Custom Information & Official File Standards

1. Information You Need to Provide

• Overall shape and style of the wood ornament

• Exact dimension parameters (length / width / thickness)

• Preferred natural wood features (more lightning char, more grain, more cracks, or regular random texture)

• Engraving content: texts, symbols, patterns, or custom graphics

• Engraving position and depth requirements

• Surface polishing and finishing requirements

2. Strict Engraving Machine File Requirements (Must Follow)

Our professional carving production system only supports exclusive designated carving file formats to ensure accurate and flawless custom carving effects. Customers shall provide the final qualified product files according to the required carving type:

• Grayscale carving files: JDP format

• Relief carving files: BMP format

📌 Custom File Design Service (Extra Charge)

If you do not have qualified carving files or standard design pictures, and need us to produce design preview pictures and exclusive product carving files according to your personalized demands, we provide professional custom file and picture design services. This is an additional paid service, and the specific fee will be confirmed based on your provided product requirements, design details and carving complexity. We will produce design previews for your confirmation before official production.

✅ Acceptable High-Definition Image Files

High-resolution PNG / JPG / BMP / TIF (300DPI and above, pure black and white patterns, no blurriness, no watermarks)

❌ Unsupported Files

Word, PPT, low-resolution screenshots, compressed blurry images, hand-drawn photos, and non-vector edited files are not accepted.

All customized jujube wood products are produced strictly based on your exclusive specifications and selected natural materials. Custom items cannot be resold or reused. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for the following cases:

• Change of mind after order and draft confirmation

• Incorrect size, pattern, or texture requirements provided by the buyer

• Personal aesthetic expectation differences for natural wood texture and color

Additional Reminders

• Natural lightning-struck jujube wood has unique grain, color, and lightning marks on every piece. Slight natural differences do not count as product defects.

• Draft adjustments are allowed before production starts. Once production begins, any modification requests will incur additional fees.

• Production cycle depends on custom complexity and material grade, which will be confirmed during pre-order communication.

• We strictly follow the confirmed draft and customer-provided files. Any errors caused by incorrect customer files or parameters are borne by the buyer.
