All orders are shipped directly from our workshop in China.

Free Standard Shipping applies to all orders over $69.99.
Orders under $69.99 will be charged a flat shipping rate of $20.Shipping fees are subject to occasional adjustment, please refer to the price displayed at checkout.

## Delivery Timeframe
Standard Shipping: 15 – 30 business days to Europe & North America.
Delivery timeline is an estimate and may be extended due to customs clearance, public holidays or unexpected logistics delays.

## Customs & Import Duties
Buyers are responsible for any local import taxes, customs duties or brokerage fees charged upon arrival in your country. We cannot cover these charges.

## Address Requirements
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot modify addresses once the parcel is dispatched.

## Lost / Missing Parcels
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package, kindly check with local mailbox, neighbors or postal office first.
Contact our support team if the parcel is confirmed lost after full investigation.
