We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you may submit a return request within 14 days upon receiving your goods.

To qualify for a return, your item must be kept in the exact condition as received: unworn, unused, complete with original tags and original packaging. You are also required to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us via fortideal@gmail.com. Please note that returned goods should be shipped to the following address:

Room 2604, Unit 2, Building 3, Zhengrong Runjing, No. 2155, Shengli North Street, Gongchen Subdistrict, Licheng District, Putian City, Fujian Province.

If your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label together with instructions about how and where to deliver your parcel. Items sent back without prior return application will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if items are defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can assess and resolve the matter.

Important Note: Our lightning-struck jujube wood ornaments feature natural lightning marks, cracks and charred areas formed naturally on the timber. These inherent natural characteristics are not product defects, and returns based on such features will not be accepted.

Exclusions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain goods cannot be returned, including:

• Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
• Custom-made and personalized items — including all custom engraving,
bespoke sizing, made-to-order designs, and deposit orders for
customization services. Once a custom order is confirmed and production
has begun, no cancellation, return, or refund will be accepted.
• Personal care products (beauty goods)
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

We regret that promotional merchandise and gift cards are also
non-refundable and non-returnable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to obtain your desired product is to submit a return. Once your return is approved, you may place a new separate order for the item you want.

EU 14-Day Cooling-off Period

Notwithstanding the clauses above, if goods are delivered to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order or return the goods within 14 days without providing any reason. As mentioned above, the item must remain in its original received condition, unworn and unused, with tags and original packaging intact. You also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your returned item to inform you whether your refund application is approved. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that additional processing time may be required by your bank or credit card issuer to post the refund.
